A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is required to confirm your booking. Deposits can be sent by e-transfer to Info.minstudio@gmail.com. Once received, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 to 48 hours. Remaining balances are due on location before services begin.
Travel is available for bridal bookings or groups of 3 or more. Travel charges are finalized once the location is confirmed.
Completed services are non-refundable. If there are concerns, please let Min know while still on site. If the stylist cannot provide services due to illness or emergency, the deposit will be returned in full or a replacement artist of similar caliber may be arranged if the client agrees.
Trials are held at Minstudio in Georgetown, Ontario and are typically available Monday to Wednesday. Bridal trials usually last 2 hours. Please contact Min directly for special scheduling requests.
Wash and blow dry or air dry your hair the night before. Do not flat iron your hair and do not use conditioner or styling products before the appointment.
For new extensions, wash with clarifying shampoo, rinse, lather, and repeat twice. Do not use conditioner or styling products. Blow dry or air dry extensions before the appointment.
Once confirmed, services cannot be deducted and the balance remains the same. You may replace a removed service with another guest or add services if availability and timing allow.
Minstudio specializes in hairstyling and styling services. Makeup referrals may be available by request.
Minstudio services the GTA. For locations outside the GTA, a 4-person minimum for hair or equivalent booking value applies. Contact Minstudio for a custom quote.
